Returns and Size Exchange
At Jopokart , we strive to deliver high-quality clothing tailored to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we have a strict Size Replacement Policy to ensure smooth operations and mutual trust.
Policy Guidelines
No Replacement for Incorrect Size Selection by the Customer:
- All orders processed as only made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements for incorrect size selection during purchase.
- Customers are advised to refer to our detailed size chart (available on each product page) and consult the measurement guide before placing an order.
- +/- 0.5 inches Size allowances is common applicable for all products.
Replacement for Manufacturing Defects Only:
- Replacements will be provided solely for size-related manufacturing defects or errors caused by us (e.g., incorrect sizing,design as per the order).
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, the size label, and a measuring tape showing the dimensions.
Strict Validation Process for Claims:
- Every claim will undergo strict validation. If the error is found to be from the customer (e.g., measurement mismatch due to incorrect selection), the replacement will not be processed.
- In case of valid claims, the replacement will match the originally ordered size and customization.
Exchange for Different Color/Size or Design or other Product is Not Allowed:
- We cannot process exchanges for a different size or design after the order is placed.
Cancellation/Modification Before Production:
- Customers can cancel or modify their order within 12 hours of placing the order if production hasn’t started.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Any item altered or damaged after delivery is strictly non-returnable. Ensure the product is inspected on delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.

- Our customer service team is available to assist you in selecting the correct size before placing an order. Please reach out to us if you have any doubts.
Replacement for Product Color/Design/Print Size:
- The product that you see on our website is the product that you get. There may be slight variations in the colour in your monitor/device due to its settings and resolution.
- The illustration shown in the product picture is for a better viewing purpose and the actual dimension of the print on the product will vary depending on the position of the placement/size of the garment chosen. We shall not consider a return or replacement citing the above reason.

- We encourage you to double-check your measurements before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to this policy.
Is there any timeline in which Size can be Exchanged if the errors caused by us ?
- You have to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, based on the proofs you provide if the error caused by us then we will dispatch within next 2 to 4 business days, and transit time will take another 4 business days.
Do I need to send all the items for Size Exchange?
- No, there is no requirement for all the items of the order, just send only the item you want to exchange for the size.
Do I need to return the items on my own?
- We don't have reverse pickup , so you need to put courier , we give Rs.80 for the courier charges . You can use any preferable low-cost courier service like India Post etc.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns only on the following conditions below
- If we sent any wrong size from the actual ordered size.
- If we sent any wrong color of the product from the actual ordered color.
- If we sent any defective products like stitching mistake , printing mistakes .
- If we sent any wrong design sent from the actual ordered design.
For any mistakes from our side we will dispatch you the new tshirts again to you. You need to provide us the proof of video begins from opening the package with the shipping label clearly visible, till the end the video shouldn't have any cuts / gaps .
- Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect product ( proof of video must )
- Since we maintain high quality standards many customers like our quality which gets reflected in the feedback section , if incase you just don't like the quality without having the mentioned reasons above ,we couldn't accept it as return.
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Returns are not accepted for any type of customised orders.
- Since the mistakes are on our side , we will give you complete refund , but you need to return back the product to our address , shipping charges Rs.80 will be given for the whole order through Gpay or any UPI id.
REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected,We will notify you approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You are required to inform about cancellation within 24 hours from order placed , however if we ship within 24 hours time cancellation can't be done .
