If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in maximum 6-8 business days from the order date . While most items are delivered in 6-8 days, there are a few products that may be delivered in 9-11 business days.

Note : Order Dispatches within the timeline are subject to product stock availability, raw materials , manpower etc, If your doesn't get any shipping status for your order, feel free to contact us.

Shipping or Transit Time for logistics after Dispatch

• Bluedart - 4 to 6 Business Days
• Other logistics - 6 to 8 Business Days

Other logistics- Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Professional courier, DTDC etc

• We always send through Bluedart logistics since it's most reputed logistics, only if the pincode of your location not serviceable by Bluedart we are forced to send through Other Logistics.

• Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

• Customised Products will take extra 2-3 business days, because all the works need to be done from scratch.

What if the products not reached in these delivery timelines ?

• The above days mentioned are the estimated delivery timelines, upto 99% all the packages delivered smoothly, but at times there is a chance that the packages got stuck at some location due to logistics, package missed by logistics or any other reasons and it causes delay.

• Since logistics partners are not in our control we can only investigate the issue with their customer care team and try our best to make it delivered ASAP.

• It's our humble request and informing you prior that we are always ready to give our best service and due to frustration if you don't receive the package please don't abuse with customer care person or any of our team member as we are helpless too because logistics won't give us any proper updates, which is universal issue and you should completely understand.

• It's rare that won't reach in the timeline , we assure that we will put our best efforts to make the package deliver asap. But at any cost refund won't be provided if the order not delivered within the timeline.

• Please Note we are not responsible for delivery assurance on any exact dates , for any disputes occurs regarding delivery/product/service , resolution given by management is final and you are agreeing to this shipping policy.

Policy Guidelines

No Replacement for Incorrect Size Selection by the Customer:

• All orders processed as only made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements for incorrect size selection during purchase.
• Customers are advised to refer to our detailed size chart (available on each product page) and consult the measurement guide before placing an order.
• +/- 0.75 inches Size allowances is common applicable for all products.

Replacement for Manufacturing Defects Only:

• Replacements will be provided solely for size-related manufacturing defects or errors caused by us (e.g., incorrect sizing,design as per the order).

• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, the size label, and a measuring tape showing the dimensions.

Strict Validation Process for Claims:

• Every claim will undergo strict validation. If the error is found to be from the customer (e.g., measurement mismatch due to incorrect selection), the replacement will not be processed.
• In case of valid claims, the replacement will match the originally ordered size and customization.

Exchange for Different Color/Size or Design or other Product is Not Allowed:

• We cannot process exchanges for a different size or design after the order is placed.

Cancellation/Modification Before Production:

• Customers can cancel or modify their order within 12 hours of placing the order if production hasn’t started.
• Once the process starts and you want to cancel for any kind of reasons, cancellations can't be done and refund won't be provided.
• Mostly we are dealing with customised products please understand it will take time to process to ensure quality and correct output
• If process not yet started , refunds can be given in the form of coupon discount for the value purchased, we won't give any cash refunds.

Non-Returnable Products:

• Any item altered or damaged after delivery is strictly non-returnable. Ensure the product is inspected on delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.

Clear Communication is Key:

• Our customer service team is available to assist you in selecting the correct size before placing an order. Please reach out to us if you have any doubts.

Replacement for Product Color/Design/Print Size:

• The product that you see on our website is the product that you get. There may be slight variations in the colour in your monitor/device due to its settings and resolution.

• The illustration shown in the product picture is for a better viewing purpose and the actual dimension of the print on the product will vary depending on the position of the placement/size of the garment chosen. We shall not consider a return or replacement citing the above reason.
